Sichuan Changyi Oil and Gas Gathering Transportation Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in the year of 1987. Initially, it was only a small township factory with total asset of RMB 1.5 million, 40 or more employees and an annual sales revenue of no more than several hundred thousand, which was only able to do some sub-contract processing without any approved products. By the year of 1996, the enterprise was next to theinsolvency. After being joint-stock private enterprise in 1996, management team lead all employees to strive for excellence. Depending on scientific and technical innovation on current products, enterprise successfully developed the flagship products and expanded market. Consequently, the enterprise strided into the booming stage and became the  key manufacturing enterprise ,specializing in  high and middle pressure valves for petroleum and natural gas industry. In addition, Changyi has also been awarded as a  hi- tech enterprise of Sichuan province, one of the top 100 most potential enterprises, as well as one of the provincial  key technological private enterprises.

Changyi has developed successively various products with intellectual property rights, such as the air vent valve, shut-down valve, throttle valve, safety valve, the high-sealing globe valve, the multi-channel fluid selector,  cage pressure regulator(high differential pressure and high precision), etc. In addition, Changyi has got 23 national patents and was also awarded the prizes of National Innovation Fund Projects, National Torch Program Projects, National New Key Products and Projects and so on. Besides, the company has got Provincial and Municipal Prizes for Progress in Science and Technology . The products of the company are widely used in five large-scale natural gas areas in Sichuan, the West-East Gas Pipeline Project, the Urban Natural Gas Network Project of Beijing and Shanghai, the Tarim Oilfield of Xinjiang, the offshore gas field development lloy gauge valve and other products. Changyi has paved ways for further development of new products.
