Performance Features

1.     Reliable seal: Reliable seal: hard -soft dual-material seal of the valve plug and seat ensures zero leakage for high-pressure gas and liquid media.

2.     Throttle and depressurization: The two-stage throttling’s pressure reduction function improves the working conditions of the hard-soft dual-material seal pair, reduces the erosive flow on the sealing surface, and ensures the reliability of the seal for large-bore, high-pressure throttle shut-off and vent valves.

3.     It allows for the medium to flow in both forward and reverse directions: The valve structure overcomes the negative pressure suction force of the high-pressure medium on the soft sealing pair at the initial instant moment of venting, preventing it from being pulled off, and thus can meet the requirements for the forward and reverse flow of the medium under special working conditions.

4.     Small vibration, low noise: Two-stage throttle & depressurization significantly reduces the pressure difference generated during venting; the valve is fitted with balanced plug design, which changes the unbalanced force acting upon the valve plug, thereby making the valve operation have less vibration and lower noise.

5.     Automatic debris removal: The valve plug is equipped with two O-rings, and between these two O-rings, there is a debris collection groove. The O-ring at the lower end of the debris collection groove allows automatic debris removal when valve plug moves up and down within the cage.

6.     The plug is designed with a balancing hole and debris collection groove. It requires less torque to operate, making it easy and flexible to open the valve.

7.     Each valve is shipped with the packing gland bushing pre-filled with grease, which is sufficient for the valve's lifetime operation, eliminating the need for additional greasing during installation, pressure testing, commissioning, and operation.
