Performance Feature

This device is the 5th generation to solve failure of the whole control system when the drainiage system of NG wellfiled separator appears problems. This device is the efforts crystallization from management staff, techinicans and on-site operator and it‘s the solution to problems such as corrosion, block caused by instrument NG sources fro the long term run. Once all operations are in line with maintenance requirements, the failure rate and downtime could be short and operator will also have own judgement, maintenance as well as recovery of device.

The application of this device can improve the automation of NG filed and NG station, avoid the overflow within tower and the leakage of gas from bottom of tower, which is bad for the environmental pollution, enhance the economic efficiency and alleviate staff’s workload.

（ 1） Flange DN25(JB82.2—94)，Flange adopts=Seperator’s Pressure；

Please pay attention to the follow conditions in order to save infrastructure fund:

First Type : if it’s used for the old wellfiled , or it’s be supplement of auto draining , we recommend to use PN 4.0MPa、DN 25 although current sepreator’s pressure is 6.3MPa and actural operation pressure is at PN<4.0MPa; This advice will also save the cost of 3 valves, flanges at PN 4.0MPa instead of PN 6.3MPa.

E. g.  First Type:  if it’s used for old wellfiled reconstruction: sepreator’s pressure PN 6.3MPa，Central Distance L=1000mm，


actual pressure PN ≤3.5MPa

Suggested Mode：UGZ—6.3/1000(A)—4.0/25

        Second Type :   if it’s used for the new wellfiled:  sepreator’s pressure PN 6.3MPa，Central Distance L=1000mm, 
                                actual pressure PN >4.0MPa.


      Suggested Mode： UGZ—6.3/1000(A)—6.3/25

This product is supplied in whole set, consisting of 4 components:  magnetic liquidometer, (Incl. liquid measurement), gas filtering and reliefing control unit, pneumatic drain valve, instrument power (charger, battery, alarm). 

In order to ensure the right chooses and usages of product, please specially notice the corrosive and sticky medium with highH2S ,etc. for further clarification.
