New-type Piston Axial Flow Regulator newly developed and designed by our company has won the excellence award of 2017 Leshan City Second Creative Industrial Product Design Competition, and shortlisted in 2017 Sichuan Industrial Product Design Final Competition.

The product is a new-type piston axial flow regulator for regulating and controlling pressure or flow of natural gas (shale gas) pipeline. It has many excellent properties, such as large flow capacity, wide regulation range, small flow resistance, low noise, simple structure, easy to produce and low manufacturing cost, high precision of voltage regulation, stable output pressure, zero leakage of sealing, safe and reliable operation and others. Technical specifications, such as pressure stability level AC1~2.5, turn off pressure level SG5~10, closed zone level SZ5~10,and leakage level ANSI/FCI70.2 VI class to zero leakage, are superior to the requirements of EN334 and GB27790 Standard and have achieve domestic leading level.

This product is suitable for large flow situations such as natural gas long-distance pipeline, distribution station pressure regulating device, urban gas regulating station and so on. It can replace imported products with high performance-price ratio, which can save a large amount of foreign exchange for the country. It can safely and reliably operate with high precision, avoiding safety accidents and environmental pollution. It plays an important role in increasing the proportion of oil and gas equipment in our country and ensuring safety production construction.
