Aiming at these main problems, Wang put forward the guiding ideology of unifying thought, establishing modern enterprise management system, improving the overall comprehensive professional quality of the whole team, establishing effective examination mechanism and so on. On this basis, Wang put forward the goal of the company in 2018, and clearly arranged specific work tasks and measures to carry out enterprise culture construction, legal system construction, and comprehensive business ability training.

At the conference, Ms. Zhou Yanmin, executive deputy general manager of the company, read out the award for the company's excellent employees in 2017. The company's six members of the management team awarded the staffs the honorary certificates and bonuses， who titled of excellent employee, such as Zheng Liangdong, Yang Ganglin, He Xiaoyan, Huang Xiangchun, Xu Bing and Wang Lei.
