March 10, it is brightly sunny. In order to warmly celebrate International Working Women's Day, Changyi’s Women's work Committee (the organization name: Happy Home) organized a unique Tea Party by the river at YanLanzhou District. 43 "Goddess" gathered together to celebrate the festival. Mr. Wang Yuanyi, the chairman and general manager, was also present for the celebration.
The tea party was presided over by Chen Li, member of the Women's working Committee. With full of laughter and joy, the female worker were all set round together, and sang the Changyi song Tomorrow Will Be Better. After that everyone was eating and chatting freely and happily: recalling the great changes of the company over the past two decades, and the activity scene of every year since the Women's Committee establishment. The tea building is full of air of thanksgiving and harmony. Happiness permeates their faces, and the spring breeze ripples in their hearts. 
During the Tea Party, the female workers also freely discussed the hot topic about female workers in enterprises in today's society. MS Zhou Yanmin, executive vice president of the company, said that there was not much jobs suitable for women, because of female’s Maternity leave due to pregnant and have children after the marriage and physical weakness due to body structure. Especially nowadays the country encourages the two-child policy, many enterprises are not too willing to recruit the female staff. In view of this phenomenon, our female employees should give full play to their own advantages, such as delicacy, strong language expression, strong communication, iron hand in the velvet glove, good endurance, and so on. The female workers are an important part of enterprise employees, and they are the backbone of enterprise development. It is agreed that self-esteem and self-improvement give full play to the advantages of female to contribute to the development of the company. So, we, Changyi women People, should make suggestion for the development of enterprise.
After tea party, Ms. Zhou Yanmin was commended several comrades who spoke brilliantly and Mr. Wang Yuanyi made a concluding statement for this teat party: the female employee were an indispensable part of the company and they would not only do their own job well, but also had higher requirements for themselves, so that they could have developed into a self-independent, self-confident and practical new age female, who could keep up with the development of the company and grow with the company.
