Product Overview
In the existing technologies, the moisture in the natural gas has not only reduced the transmission capacity of the pipeline and the gas heating value of the natural gas, but helped the CH4, H2S and C2H6 in the natural gas form the hydrate of the natural gas. The white crystalline solid can increase the pipeline pressure drop, and even block the pipeline seriously and threaten the safety of the natural gas well. In addition, if the H2S, CO2 and other acid gases in the natural gas are soluble in water, they will seriously erode the transmission pipelines and instrumentations. Therefore, in the production of natural gas, it is widely adopted to inject ethylene glycol, which has small evaporation loss and is non-toxic and reusable, into the natural gas pipelines. Additive-fed Atomization Device is a kind of device injecting anti-freezing fluid, hydrate inhibitor, dehydrating agent and defoaming agent into the petroleum and chemical pipelines or storage tubes.

ZCQ(H) series of ethylene glycol injection (additive-fed) atomization device is a new-type product developed by our company to meet the anti-freezing fluid and hydrate inhibitor injection technology of the natural gas and petroleum industries. The device has a rational structure and good atomization effect.

ZCQ(H) series of ethylene glycol injection (additive-fed) atomization device can effectively make the anti-freezing fluid, hydrate inhibitor and other liquid chemicals injected fully atomized, and mix uniformly with natural gas and petroleum, besides, it can effectively prevent the generation of ice blockage and hydrate and adjust the injection rate. The injection nozzle of the injection valve of the device adopts the material of solid carbide and is made by special techniques. The valve clack sealing surface adopts overlaying stellite co-based carbide alloy, which is corrosion and erosion resistant and has a long service life. The device is mainly used to injecting methanol, ethylene glycol and other chemical substances into petroleum and natural gas pipelines or containers; it is also applied to the atomization of various liquids, such as adding defoaming agent, odorant, preservative, deodorant and so on. The product is widely applied to the petroleum, natural gas, chemical, power, environmental, food, medical, light textile and military-related industries.

1. When DN﹥200mm, we can specially design and manufacture according to the requirements of users; 
2. The injection pressure is one rating higher than the PN of the gas transmission pipeline.
3. The flange standard is HG20595-2009, and it can also be manufactured according to the flange standard of users;
4. The DN, PN listed in the table are pipeline parameters; 
5. The specifications unlisted in the table can be designed and manufactured according to the parameters of users.
