The first staff and Workers' Congress of Changyi was successfully held at 09:30 on March 1 of 2018, which is order to improve the management level of the company in accordance with the law, further to build harmonious and stable labor relations, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises and workers in accordance with the law, and to enhance the cohesion of enterprises.
With the concerted efforts of all delegates, the scheduled agenda of the meeting was successfully completed in accordance with established procedures. 
The main topics of the meeting were to hear and consider <Collective Contract>, <Employee Attendance and Leave Management System (revised version)> and <Disciplinary Regulations>. The meeting was presided over by the president of the trade union, and the Ministry of Administrative personnel gave a brief explanation and on-site answers to above three topics. In accordance with established procedures, the representatives of staff and Workers' at the meeting unanimously adopted <Collective Contract>, <Employee Attendance and Leave Management System (revised version)> and <Disciplinary Regulations> by written vote. 
The general manager of the company made a concluding speech: explaining the scientific balance among the country, the enterprise and the family; putting forward that the enterprise development is the absolute principle. Only when the enterprise develops and expands, can the company provide the economic base for continuously improving of material and cultural living conditions of its employees, and implement the core values of "customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, social satisfaction and shareholder satisfaction". 
The meeting was brought to a successful conclusion by the warm applause of all the staff representatives.
